1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the UG88 website at ug88.lt, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting activity on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the member) and UG88.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the UG88 platform. Continued use of the platform after any updates to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

UG88 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a member is found to be under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited balance will be returned subject to identity verification.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one registered account on UG88. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, contact details, device, or payment method — are not permitted and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact number or email address. UG88 conducts KYC (Know Your Customer) verification as part of the standard registration process. You may be asked to submit a valid government-issued ID before your first withdrawal can be processed.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must not share your account access with any other person.
• Any activity carried out under your account is your sole responsibility.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact UG88 support immediately.

UG88 will never ask for your full password via email, chat, or phone. Be cautious of any communication claiming to be from UG88 that requests your login details.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on UG88 are processed in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). UG88 supports deposits and withdrawals through Philippine-based payment channels, which may include GCash, Maya, and bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet. Available payment options are displayed within your account's deposit and cashout sections.

• Deposits are generally credited to your account promptly after confirmation from the payment channel. Processing times may vary depending on the method used.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification.
• Minimum and maximum transaction amounts may apply and will be displayed at the time of transaction.
• UG88 does not accept deposits made via credit cards or cryptocurrency. Any attempt to use unsupported payment methods will be rejected.
• Funds deposited into your UG88 account must be your own and must come from a payment source registered in your name.

UG88 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers. If a deposit does not reflect in your account within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference for assistance.

5. Gameplay & Betting

UG88 offers a range of online gaming and betting products including slot games, live casino, sports betting, fish games, and other categories. All games are provided by established third-party game providers and operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live streaming technology where applicable.

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or reversed after settlement has begun.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game session, UG88 will refer to its internal system records to determine the outcome. The platform's records are considered the final and authoritative source.
• UG88 reserves the right to void bets placed during platform errors, obvious pricing mistakes, or circumstances where the integrity of a game or event has been compromised.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

UG88 offers various promotions for new and existing members. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to their own specific terms, which will be displayed alongside each offer on the Promotions page at the time the offer is active.

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money balances and may carry wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonuses are intended for genuine player use. Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including multi-accounting or coordinated betting to exploit bonus structures — will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account suspension.
• UG88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one active bonus may be applied at a time unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless wagering requirements have been met in full.

UG88 will not retroactively apply promotions to bets or deposits that were completed before the promotion was active on your account.

7. Prohibited Conduct

UG88 expects all members to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using another person's identity.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform in any way.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, bugs, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorised means.
• Using another person's payment account or card without their explicit consent.
• Engaging in any activity that UG88 reasonably determines to be abusive, harmful to other players, or damaging to the integrity of the platform.

UG88 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct. During an investigation, affected accounts and balances may be placed under temporary restriction. If a violation is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and any remaining balance may be withheld pending review.

8. Account Security

UG88 uses SSL encryption across all platform pages and transactions to protect data in transit. OTP (one-time password) verification is required for login and sensitive account actions to reduce the risk of unauthorised access.

As a member, you are responsible for:

• Keeping your password strong, unique, and confidential.
• Not accessing your UG88 account on shared or public devices without logging out afterwards.
• Ensuring the device and network you use to access UG88 are reasonably secure.
• Reporting any suspected unauthorised access to your account to UG88 support as soon as possible.

UG88 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from a member's failure to maintain adequate account security on their end.

9. Suspension & Account Closure

UG88 may suspend or permanently close a member's account in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Confirmed prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting UG88 support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the original deposit method after applicable verification steps are completed. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will not be returned.

10. Limitation of Liability

UG88 provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted access, error-free performance, or specific outcomes from any game or betting activity.

• UG88 is not liable for any financial losses arising from participation in games or betting on the platform beyond what is directly attributable to a verified platform error.
• UG88 is not responsible for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or third-party payment delays outside UG88's direct control.
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UG88's total liability to any member for any claim is limited to the net real-money balance held in that member's account at the time the claim arises.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or any other matter that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

11. Privacy

UG88 collects and processes personal information in connection with account registration, KYC verification, and platform operations. How this data is collected, stored, used, and protected is described in detail in the Privacy Policy.

By registering on UG88, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy. UG88 does not sell personal data to third parties. 12. Responsible Gaming
